Do you have an easy way to "Flash Freeze" something? I have no idea how to do this!
ReplyDeleteI use a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place your food on tray making sure that they are not touching each other. Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until the food will not stick together once placed in a freezer bag. I hope this helps!
DeleteTo freeze meals like the Enchiladas cover baking dish with Plastic wrap BEFORE covering it with the Alum Foil. This will help stop freezer burn and will stay on tight which I can never get the Alum foil to do.
