Freezer Meals

Thanks to everyone who came and listened to me talk about freezer meals!! If you were not able to get a hand out just right click the image, save it to your computer then print it out.

  1. Do you have an easy way to "Flash Freeze" something? I have no idea how to do this!

    1. I use a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Place your food on tray making sure that they are not touching each other. Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until the food will not stick together once placed in a freezer bag. I hope this helps!

  2. To freeze meals like the Enchiladas cover baking dish with Plastic wrap BEFORE covering it with the Alum Foil. This will help stop freezer burn and will stay on tight which I can never get the Alum foil to do.
