I kept track of when I started using it and how long it lasted. I started using it in the beginning of April 2012 and it is now late May 2014. Two years worth of laundry detergent for under $25...unbelievable! I only use 1 tablespoon of detergent per load, no matter what the size of the load. It does a great job of cleaning and it doesn't leave spots on the clothes. I put the detergent in the machine and then lay the clothes right on top of it...no problems. Thanks so much for this money saving, healthy solution!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05515597787670507130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-839002341681618971.post-89475522791541091622014-05-24T17:59:51.252-06:002014-05-24T17:59:51.252-06:00I have now been using this recipe for 2 years. As a matter of fact, I use the powder as a spot remover. I just wet the spot and then rub the powder directly into the stain.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05515597787670507130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-839002341681618971.post-64997722305823159852014-05-22T06:12:58.080-06:002014-05-22T06:12:58.080-06:00I have to tell you my mom and I are true fans. It is not expensive and so far so good. When I first started using this recipe, I was worry because of any allergic reactions, well my children seem fine. One of my tricks of doing laundry and it seems to work is soaking every load for at least 20 mins, use the soak cycle before washing and this seem to help a lot. joyleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08765993850356610290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-839002341681618971.post-31551636062447626302014-04-28T19:40:43.652-06:002014-04-28T19:40:43.652-06:00I am in Australia and Im just wondering if there i...I am in Australia and Im just wondering if there is equivalent products here i could use to make this , I spent so much money on washing powder, obviously I can purchase baking soda but not sure on other products... any idea?
